Sahā is a Sanskrit term meaning "together".
In the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, Shruthi and Ana, two sisters from different cultures, discovered a shared passion for yoga and a deep desire to help others transform their lives. United by their vision, they embarked on a journey together—they started a retreat project. Together, they blended ancient wisdom with modern teachings, touching lives and fostering healing through their shared dream of helping others discover the profound benefits of yoga.

OUR TEAM
“For 8 years I journeyed across the globe, from luxury resorts to humble villages, in search of inner peace. In Kathmandu, Nepal, I immersed myself in the ancient art of sound healing. Initially, I found myself in Rishikesh, where I worked for 1,5 years at a well-known yoga school as a leading sound healing expert. Inspired by Nepal's teachings, I integrated sound healing into students everyday life, helping others find serenity, overcome anxiety and depression.”
